Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your eMoney Creators data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open eMoney Creators and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

Email email@emoneyreselling.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We will confirm within 7 days and finish deletion within 30 days.

Disconnect a social account only

  • In the app: Profile, Socials, tap the connected account, then Disconnect. We delete that account's access token immediately.
  • Instagram or Facebook: Settings, Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations), remove eMoney Creators.
  • TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions, remove eMoney Creators.
  • YouTube: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, remove eMoney Creators.

What we keep

We keep payout and tax records for as long as the law requires, and limited records needed to prevent fraud. Everything else is deleted.
