This Privacy Policy explains how Firefly Flips LLC ("eMoney", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use the eMoney Creators mobile app and website (the "Service").

Who can use the Service

The Service is only for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email email@emoneyreselling.com and we will delete it.

Information we collect

Information you give us:

  • Account details: name, email address and phone number.
  • Profile answers: the type of content you want to make, your experience, how many hours you can create each week, how many posts a day you can commit to, platforms you post on, niches, whether you appear on camera, and editing tools you use.
  • Payout details: your payout method and handle (for example your Whop account), and tax information we are required to collect, such as a W-9.
  • Post links you submit and any messages or feedback you send us.

Information from connected social accounts (only when you choose to connect them):

  • Instagram and Facebook (Meta): your account ID, username, account type, the Facebook Pages you manage, and your posts' public details and performance metrics such as views, plays, likes, comments, shares and saves.
  • TikTok: your user ID, display name, username, profile image, follower count, and your public videos with their view, like, comment and share counts.
  • YouTube: your channel ID and name, and the public details and statistics of your videos, such as view, like and comment counts.

We store access tokens for connected accounts in encrypted form. We only read data needed to verify that submitted posts belong to you and to measure their performance. If you turn on optional comment and message features, we also process comments on your posts and send replies and messages that you set up.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and app information such as device type, operating system, app version and crash logs.
  • Basic usage information such as screens viewed and actions taken in the app.

How we use information

  • Run your account and match you with campaigns that fit your schedule and niches.
  • Verify that submitted posts are on your connected accounts and track their performance.
  • Calculate earnings, process payouts and meet tax reporting duties.
  • Detect fraud, fake views, bots and abuse.
  • Send you service messages and, if you agree, texts or emails about new campaigns. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
  • Improve the Service and provide support.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting, database, analytics, messaging and payout providers, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
  • With the eMoney team members who manage campaigns and payouts.
  • When required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud.
  • As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree, we may send texts about campaigns, payouts and your account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, legal or fraud prevention reasons, such as payout history, which we keep as long as the law requires. When you disconnect a social account, we delete its access token right away and stop collecting new data from it.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data, including access tokens, and limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your information, and disconnect any social account, from the app or by emailing email@emoneyreselling.com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights to know what we collect, request deletion, correct data, and not be discriminated against for using these rights. We will respond within the time the law requires.

Changes

We may update this policy. If we make material changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
